The Lake Arts Council also sponsors a diverse range of events at various locations throughout the year, including Art Contests and showings across diverse mediums, as well as Symphony Productions, Children's Theater programs, and other distinctive performances. The Main Street Music Hall, a 1,000 seat Victorian theatre in Osage Beach, is a local favorite venue, featuring a repertoire of variety shows year round, as well as hosting regional and national acts periodically, interspersed with local school productions and Lake Arts Council sponsored events. The Miller County Fairgrounds in Eldon, the Laurie Fairgrounds, and an assortment of community centers in the Lake region completes the ensemble of entertainment possibilities, securing the Lake of the Ozarks as an Event Location capable of indulging any affinity or fascination.
